OUR PROCESS

In our studio, we are dedicated to putting our customers first. We work with transparency, integrity, and respect towards all clients, treating everyone with the same level of care and attention as we would like to receive. We do our best to make the design process as smooth and enjoyable as possible for you.
Discovery call
This is our first step to initiate the conversation regarding your project. It will take up to 15-20 minutes. During our initial conversation, we will discuss your specific requirements and preferences, determine if we are the right fit for you based on factors such as budget, timeline, location, and project goals.
In home consultation
After our initial discovery phone call, we will schedule an in-person consultation at your home. This consultation is a crucial step in gaining a deeper understanding of your needs, style, and goals. It usually lasts for 1-1.5 hours. During this working session, we will explore short and long-term goals for your home and review any challenges you may be experiencing with your current space. We will provide you with expert guidance and creative ideas for your project and discuss the preliminary scope, timeline, and budget in detail. Additionally, we will walk you through the key points of our contract and answer any questions you may have. Finally, we will outline what you can expect throughout the design process to ensure you have a clear understanding of the entire process.
Letter of agreement
Once we have agreed on the scope of work, budget, and schedule, we will provide you with a Design Fee Proposal and Letter of Agreement (Contract) for your review. This proposal will contain a detailed overview of the project, including the scope of work, budget, estimated timelines, design fee, and payment terms. Upon your acceptance of the proposal, we request that you sign the Letter of Agreement and pay a deposit for the design fee. This deposit is necessary to secure our services and is the final step before we commence the interior design process.
Site Measure
Our next step is to schedule a day for the space measurement and planning. We invite you to bring more inspirational images to this meeting and share any additional details about your wishes and styles. We'll also go through our comprehensive design questionnaire together to ensure we understand all your requirements. During this meeting, we will take precise measurements of your space, document its condition, and take photographs for future reference. This information will help us create a customized interior design plan tailored to your unique preferences and needs.
Design Phase
We've begun working on the conceptual design phase, and once it is ready, we will schedule a meeting with you to present the preliminary design options. During this meeting, we will offer a few designs, each featuring rough sourcing of furniture, art, lighting, and accessories. We will also present mood boards, inspirational images, color schemes, floor plans, and finishes, along with fabric samples. This stage is critical, and your honest feedback during the presentation is essential to ensure we're on track to create your ideal home. You can select the best option that meets your needs, and we will be happy to make any revisions at this stage. Following this meeting, we will proceed with completing your final design and preparing everything for the final presentation and purchasing meeting.
Final Presentation and Purchasing meeting.
At this meeting, we'll present you with the final design, which incorporates all the approved elements and concepts from the preliminary design presentation, along with any requested adjustments. We'll also provide you with a comprehensive product selection of all the items that will be purchased. At this stage, the furnishings proposal and agreement will be signed, and we will require the balance of our design fee, as well as 100% of the furnishings budget.
Purchasing
We will take care of the ordering process to guarantee quality control, ensure accurate item specifications, and make the process stress-free for you. We will handle all aspects of custom fabrication and production, as well as the installation of custom window treatments. We'll also receive all furnishings and perform thorough quality checks. All items will be delivered to the white-glove shipping and receiving warehouse and kept offsite until the official install day.
The installation and styling day
Once all the items have been received and prepared, we will set a date for the official installation. Our skilled team will deliver and carefully install your furniture, artwork, and decor, transforming your house into a comfortable and inviting home. During this exciting stage, we will walk through the completed space and highlight the features and benefits of each item. We will also provide you with guidance on how to care for each piece and any available warranties. While we make every effort to ensure everything is in order, there may be a few minor details that require attention. Together, we will inspect everything and make a note of any issues that need to be addressed.
Closure meeting and photography
Our goal is to not only meet but exceed your expectations and ensure your total satisfaction. The project closure meeting is an invaluable opportunity for us to hear your feedback on both your stunning new space and your experience with our design process. Your feedback is incredibly important to us as we continually strive to improve and enhance our services. Additionally, with your permission, we would like to photograph your beautiful new space for our portfolio and magazine publications.
